Hilton Guam Resort & Spa Tumon, Tumon

The hotel has some great amenities like multiple pools and a stunning beachfront, which are perfect for families and relaxation. However, I encountered issues with the room quality and service, which detracted from the overall experience. While the location is excellent for enjoying the beach, some aspects of my stay were less than satisfactory.

The hotel has a great gym and reasonably priced dining options, but the rooms definitely need an update and there's a problem with mold in the bathrooms. While the staff is welcoming and treats everyone equally, the overall maintenance and cleanliness leave much to be desired. Given the price for the stay, it may not represent the best value for money.

The hotel has a unique and expansive layout that feels a bit odd, almost like multiple hotels combined. While I appreciated the welcome gift and the ocean view upgrade, the room was quite dated and not very clean. The breakfast offerings in the Executive Lounge were underwhelming, and the outdoor areas could use improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, which was a redeeming factor during my stay.

I found the hotel to be quite affordable and overall nice, but the hard beds and early pool closure were disappointing. While it’s worth the price, other hotels I've seen seem more vacation-friendly with better amenities like swim-up bars.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The fisherman’s express food was delicious when available, but I was disappointed to find they ran out early. The room situation really needs to be addressed, as cleanliness was an issue; there were bugs on the wall. The location with beach access and snorkeling options was a plus, but the service could have been better given the way the manager handled complaints. Overall, there were some highs but notable lows too.
